You're allowed to only be one Canon, but you can also have a profile that you made as well (read The Rules to fully understand). You can not be a Canon that is already taken. You know when they're taken when the thread is locked and/or there is a name beside "Username:". Only staff can make Canon's. Check every once in a while, new ones may pop up.
